"What terrible service! No eye contact from staff when obviously seeking assistance, needed to buy a display model as no other available for a month. Never experienced an outlet that does not wish to sell their products before. Said it could be bought and then gave every excuse under the sun as to why we should not buy it. Bottom line, couldn't be bothered to dismantle it, then tried selling smaller versions that were no comparison. What an appalling experience."
"Went to view the range of log burners and wasn't disappointed. Quite a few on display a range of prices and sizes plus accessories. The staff were super helpful as well. Easy access and a nice sized car park all made it a good experience."

Upon visiting the same friendly, informed and again accommodating members of staff, including a young woman staff member and the store manager made it their dedicated business to help, advise and support.
