"Big thank you! I had an old broken hinge from a vintage cabinet I was restoring. Couldn't find a replacement! Swansea Timber and ply came to my rescue by making a new hinge pin for me and fixed the hinge.... for free! How's that for service!"
"Fitted some Hafele hinges and then found I ideally needed proprietary spacers to stop the door fouling on opening. None of my usual local sources in Cheshire (who all stocked the hinge) had them, but when I searched on-line, Swansea Timber and Plywood did. Placed my order and received them very quickly. Fitted the spacers behind the hinges and the hinges and door now function perfectly. Service and communication from them were excellent. Highly recommended."
