"Only used the men's section, which is very small compared to other Next stores. A small selection of jeans. The only real selection is shirts and underwear. I did find a pair of jeans, however I could not find a sales assistant to take my money. I saw the lady in the household section (also upstairs) but I didn't disturb her as she was chatting to someone (a customer, thought), but she did see me at the checkout. A few minutes passed and I called out "service please." It turned out the "customer" was the clothing sales assistant. That was my main disappointment."
