"Got fitness watch back in June and after a while one of the buttons stopped working as it should , item was assessed by their technician and I was advised to send it back to garmin and replace faulty watch. Unfortunately Harvey Norman don't have my model in stock anymore so I can't get the replacement, apparently they don't offer refunds only store credit so i cant even go somewhere else to look for new one. I was offered next model up but I had to pay extra €220 and when I said that very same watch is cheaper in other shop I've heard that item has to be physically in stock and not in competitor online offer, which is confusing because it wasn't a problem 5 months ago when I was making purchase and was pricing against Curry's online price in the first place. Got refunded eventually with help of customer service department so happy days after all but the hassle was unnecessary."
