"I bought my daughter a pair of size 5 black patent leather shoes , they were far too big for her so I took them back to the shop in Kettering within the hour. We found out that they were labelled wrong and that they were actually a size 7! After trying on all manner of shoes we couldn't find a pair of size 5's. When we produced the receipt we were told that they could not return our money and would only give a credit note! So they sell products that are labelled wrong and flatly refuse to reimburse customers. Beware...customer services appears to mean nothing to this business!!"
