"Awful! I stood on broken plastic and found several more pieces on the floor in different locations including by the exit gate. The toilet seat wasn't actually attached and is dangerous. The mats in the ball area have gaps which are a huge trip hazard. It's dirty throughout and cleaning standards are very lax and poor. When we arrived home I found a staple in my 8 year old daughter sock"
"Waited 3 hours for pizza and chips for kids lunch!!!! When complained got offered an extra portion of free chips.(didn't fancy waiting another 3 hours so refused). They prioritised parties over other paying customers, surely if you can't cope with too many customers maybe you should limit the amount of people you let in when you have parties"
