"Website purchase scam being perpetrated by this foreign company on its Irish customers. Will send you incorrectly sized items and will not allow you to exercise your rights of return. Their returns system does not work - your order is not associated with your e-mail address for the purposes of using their online system - so you can't commence a refund. Their customer service is useless and they will not allow a return to an Irish store. Please boycott this company, the Irish Sports Retailers offer a much better service. Will never buy from SportsDirect again."
"The girls working on the floors just stand and chat. I was left waiting 20 minutes for a pair of shoes, she never came back to me. I saw her chatting with the girls by the runners. Thankfully the ginger lad helped me. He was brilliant, very attentive and helpful. The girls need a talking to pronto. The lad deserves some sort of recognition. He kept the shop floor functioning."

Staff very ignorant and obtuse when asked for sizes, made feel like we were hassling them. When paying girl on checkout never spoke, said thanks or anything. Major revamp of attitude needed across some of the staff"
"The best store for sport clothes and sport equipment.Will cater kids,youth or adults.Great customer service and online sales team.Super quick delivery to the store if you order online.The only minus is that they charge for collection from store if you order online which is a strange thing as they are getting deliveries every day anyway."
