"Chemical burns on scalp I went here for a cut and colour and came home with cuts and sores all over my scalp. The pain lasted days and so did the scabbing and flaking. The customer service was even worse than the damaging chemical burns (that were confirmed by my GP). Staff were dismissive, gave no refund, and after days of communication promised £50 worth of products and then gave 1 product worth £25. Even though they did no patch test it was suggested it was my fault for having a sensitive scalp. Terrible service and no care for the customer."
