"I was in on Thursday for shellac nails and have been left very disappointed with the finish on my nails. Less than 5 days in and already 3 of my nails have chipped. I have tried to arrange to get this rectified, only to then be told 'sorry we are too busy'. I offered 3 alternative dates to get this done, but still no help at all. I have now cancelled my appointment with them on the 23rd December as the service has been shocking. This isnt the 1st time I have had this issue with the quality from this salon. I have given them the benefit of doubt previously but this is something I wont be doing again ...."
