"I dropped off a DPD parcel here and the lady was so friendly and helpful"
"Every bottle of milk from that place has been off or on its way out the next day and iv checked with other shops in the area and I think the guy on his phone all the time must be making the prices up off the top of his head and everything is very dirty."
"Decent enough shop, but DO NOT use it to collect parcels from. Twice I’ve had a parcel to collect from them, both times the older guy in the shop said he didn’t have my parcel, even though I had an email and message saying it was delivered…even a photo of it in the shop. First time he sent me away saying he didn’t have it. I had to go hope and call UPS who said it was definitely there. Went back and had to hunt around the shop myself and eventually found it dumped in a pile at the back of the shop. Second time same situation but I refused to go and had a look around the shop. Eventually spotted my parcel behind him in the counter. Absolutely terrible customer service regarding this both times. No apology, nothing. So yes, as a convenient corner shop it’s fine. As a parcel collection point it is unacceptably bad."
"Makes up the price of final bill. Tried to charge me a ridiculous price for a Magnum and a coke. When I questioned it he said just pay £3 then. Should have been about £2.65 in all."
"Won't accept new print £50 notes as they don't know how to distinguish between real money and fake. Make up silly prices for products as they go. Shopkeepers regularly taking on their phone whilst behind the till"
