"Stay away. Shocking customer service. Attempt to return a faulty pair of shoes and was told they'd have to be sent away before I could be considered for my consumer rights. Total joke! They need to be a lot more professional. Desperate altogether. Very disappointed."

"I wouldn't even give this place a star but I cannot comment if I don't, and this is simply because of how rude the shop assistant was. She was an older woman prob mid 50's or early 60's and when myself and my mam went in she was on the phone speaking very loud and clearly to a friend. I assume she was a shop assistant and not the owner because of the conversation she was having. We were in there at least 10 minutes and my mam had picked out a pair of shoes she wanted to try on. The shop assistant was still on the phone so we walked closer to the desk to get her attention. The shop assistant was walking back and forth to the changing rooms. Eventually my mam caught her eye and asked could she get another size, and the woman said give me a minute and walked back out behind the dressing room. Might I add that we were the only customers in the store. Only for how rude this woman was, my mam then had enough and put the shoe back on the shelf and left the shop. This is disgracefull customer service especially for a shop that was very empty. Would not step foot in there again!"

"I t is a very long time since I was in Cinders ...at the time they were in Newbridge beside the Whitewater and I bought a beautiful pair of boots and they dealt in high end products but when I visited their store recently their stock could no longer be described as high-end or different to other shoe shops. It was a disappointing experience"
