"Customer service was good at first. The first guy I spoke to was very helpful. But when I got my items delivered, I noticed one of the timbers had a crack on it. Went there the next day to be told by manager "that is the nature of the material (wood) and there's nothing we can do about it". Which means, at Alsford Timber, either we are 'lucky' the wood we order from them doesn't come with any fault or we are unlucky and ended up having to pay for the same material somewhere else!"
