"I visited this salon for the first time and was unhappy with the cut I received. A large section of my hair was missing and both sides of my hair were unequal. When I asked for it to be rectified I was told that the same stylist would cut my hair but supervised. I explained as a lot had been removed already I wouldn't be comfortable with that. I was then told that if I wanted a senior member of the team to rectify the issue I would have to pay more money. Not at all impressed by this hairdresser's."
