"Out of all the hmvs I have been too this is one on the better side! Lovely amount of space and very lovely and polite staff who are quick and efficient, everything is laid out neat and tidy and you can find lots of different and fun anime,gaming and show related items and merchandise."

"Been shopping with HMV since it was on Gentleman's Walk and further up in Chapelfield. Absolutely fantastic service every time I visit. With a brilliant range of 4K Blu-Ray films, gifts and shirts. Definitely a great place for personal shopping or gift hunting. I recently returned some faulty wireless earbuds, they gave me 10/10 service despite it being a return. 5* will continue to visit!"

"Many years now since I wandered and browsed around a big HMV store, and actually thought the brand was now online only. Clearly not! And loved walking around looking at everything they have to offer. Felt like stepping back in time 15 years with loads of CDs, vinyl, DVDs and all the film and music merch to go with it. Love it."
