"Came to the salon on wed the 8th to confirm the length and condition of my hair for perm as requested, after confirming the length and condition I booked for Friday 10th. I have not got any experience with perms so was unsure on what to expect but after getting home and showing some friends who have had alot of perms, they told me how bad the damage actually was. The reason for this damage and bad result is due to the concentrator attachment being used on the hair dryer while combing through it after the treatment was complete. This caused my hair to become a frizzy mess with straight bits poking out everywhere. I ended up cutting my hair off and shaving down to a 4 grade which wasn't enough so I had no choice but to shave my hair totally off.. I've spoken to multiple people at the salon to explain how upset I am that this had happened and 2 of the girls agreed that a diffuser is the only hair dryer attachment that can be used after perm... this wasnt case with mine , the cost of the perm was £35 I tipped £20 the most compensation I've been offered after complaining and texting multiple times is £20.. this was after calling in and being given excuses such as hair too short, hair too long, hair too thick ect ect... overall I'm extremely unhappy and uncomfortable now my hair is gone I struggle with bipolar and depression and this had caused the start of a major down for me.. I would seriously advise caution on major decisions at this salon, maybe normal trims ect are fine but in my case I've lost all my hair.... I will be adding photos to my Facebook "Brandon Lee""
