"Took my PS4 in for some issues I'd been having. Didn't have to book an appointment or anything just dropped it off in the morning for them to diagnose the issue for free - had a call back in a couple of hours with the problem to which I gave the affirmative to fix it and it was done in an hour or two! Unfortunately couldn't save the data that was lost in the repair but I can't fault them for that because it was a hardware issue that prevented it. Great service, I've already recommended it to a couple of people! (Prices were great too!)"

Carl (from Wymondham) called at my home, replaced the dying battery on my iPhone, noticed that the screen protector (which I'd put on myself) was a bit crooked so took it off and replaced it, insisting that that was free of charge. All done within about three hours of the initial phone call. Excellent service."
