"Think this is a really decent B&Q staff really go out there way to help and assist you as you need.. there really good at what they know in this store. Only had a issue once with some electrical products which could of been resolved easier than it was."

"Good size store with a huge free carpark. Good garden section also. Would have given 5 stars but for 1 member of staff who had no product Knowledge and couldn't be bothered to look it up on the computer right in front of her. Thank goodness for Jamie who was excellent, extremely helpful, excellent customer service."

"It's the biggest B&Q in the Norwich area, it holds alot of items on today's vist everything was well stock, the staff were polite but not as knowledgeable as we were hoping for on this occasion. A longer wait at the tills as only one till open and the self-service tills were closed. There are customer toilets situated at the rear of the store near the lighting department. We managed to find what we were looking for, after a while.."
