"We had quite a complex built in washer that we replaced with a washer dryer. Knowing it might be a bit tricky, a pre-visit was arranged to see if we could do it. That went well and the new machine was installed today with the old machine taken away. I had a call yesterday to confirm arrival time for today. Neil was outstanding, there were a few challenges and he found ways to resolve them all without fuss. This has been an excellent buying and installation experience and I couldn't recommend these folk highly enough!"
