"Been using this dentist for over 20 years and always been really happy with my treatment, reception staff always very helpful. My dentist left a few months ago and was replaced by Mr Lakis Gitsidis finding him lacking in any social skills and very rough approach during my check up . Today I was booked in for extraction and filling and have never been treated so badly , a brutal unprofessional treatment has left me with busied and cut lips and gums .Had no sense of what he was doing ,let alone checking I was ok with this total empathy. I can really understand why people have phobias of dentist after his hatchet job . I spoke to the manager Rosa who reassured me she would deal with this matter . I will be making a formal complaint to follow up,and refusing to be treated again by this dentist."
