"While the issue has been now resolved, it has taken 4/5 attempts. This was a very expensive repair. I do feel the job could have been completed without the expense if there had been more focus on the true issue instead of selling me new brakes for all corners of the car. I am still very puzzled as to how the orginal conclusion of the problem was reached."

This is not our nearest Kwik Fit but have been going here for years because of a quality of service, trust, care and honesty that is second to none. "Excellent service from Kieran who dealt with my flat tyre today , professional and efficient. All dealt with within 45 mins and the workshop was really busy , just enough time to feed the kids . The mechanic was unable to re set the puncture warning light but we did this at home . Shame we got home and no hub cap on the wheel that was repaired. Called in morning spoke to Lucas who tried to tell me the hub would not have been taken off . I did explain the hub cap had to be removed to get the the bolts . He agreed to order us a new one from Vw ."

"Took my car in for a puncture on a busy Saturday afternoon. I was told that they were unable to fix it then but Lucas assured me he could have it ready on Sunday morning. He was really polite and helpful and rang me Sun to confirm the price, explain the tyres suitable for my car and rang back again to confirm it was ready to collect. He extremely helpful, very polite and a really lovely guy to deal with. He's a real asset to this branch and I would definitely recommend his help."

"I visited Kwik Fit today having picked up a screw in my tyre. I received a friendly welcome from Liam, he was extremely professional. Within 5mins my car was being looked at, a few minutes later it was ready , he pulled out the screw and advised it had not punctured tyre due to the angle it had gone in. No charge was made . Very refreshing to receive prompt and efficient service. Many thanks to Liam and highly recommended."
