"I Had just bought a Huawei P smart from this store at the time I wasnt aware that the new Huawei doesnt have google play store anymore. All I had done is open the box and noticed a leaflet stating they only have there own app store and doesn't have vital apps that I require to use. When I returned to the store an hour later they refused to take the phone back as they claim this to be as used now even though I offered to exchange it for a more expensive phone and still said that they will not take it from me. I decided to go via live chat and raise a complaint and once I explained my frustration and wanted to raise a complaint she ended the chat which I found very rude and not very customer service based. I find customer service is very poor and would recommend that if you buy from the store that you don't require having to return it back cause you will have problems. happy to take money but lack customer service if there is any problem with any product they sell."
