"They know they've got the monopoly on electronic/electrical goods and don't have to offer any customer service. Most of the staff couldn't care less and let you wait unattended and unless you take out their extended warranty, you've got absolutely no chance of getting faulty goods either replaced or repaired. Don't waste your money - much better to go somewhere else - the few pounds you save at purchase will bleed away and trebble if the goods prove faulty which they often do!!"
"One of the best branches of Currys. Very wide varieties and stock is always available to deliver. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. My assigned staff was awesome , (my nhs discount card was not accepting for a 5% offer, but staff gave a 5% off without any card❤️ ). Service was quick .A big applause for staff aswell. Well maintained showroom with all covid protocols."
