"I have just experienced the most wonderful customer service from the Norwich Skechers store. I am disabled and shopping can be extremely overwhelming for me. The staff member who served me was so knowledgeable, helpful, patient and understanding. The store was beautiful and immaculate. I ended up choosing some comfy shoes for an upcoming trip. Nothing was too much trouble and I felt very looked after. Best shopping experience I have had in ages. Highly recommend! Very happy customer, thank you.
