"I dont understand the hype to be frank with you all. Its just some unflavourful beef in a crispyish flat thin bread with a broth that tasted a bit funky to me and some finely chopped salad. The price point is also way too high...just under £18 for a "platter"- a few small tacos that doesnt even half fill my afghani stomach. Dissapointed and wont be trying again...but do try it for yourself, you may like it!! Though not for me. If you want repeat customers focus on the flavours very bland for mexican and cut all your prices by 25-35%."

"You have no idea how long I’ve waited to try this authentic Birria place out!!! What a little gem of a place Sabrosa is. You can get all your Mexican food Birria cravings satisfied. This is a small independent TAKEAWAY/COLLECTION service. With no room for eating in, it’s not like a typical shop takeaway. It’s based as a working kitchen in a industrial estate - makes the whole buying collecting experience more interesting. They are based right next door to Ujan Bhatti cash & carry in a small food catering complex. Just look for a sign called ‘FOODY COLLECTION’ they are based there alongside a few other takeaway services. I ordered their premium taco platter, Comes with two of each type of taco. And consume and chips, And I ordered extra consume with beef and salsa. Tacos were delicious. Crispy and dunking them in the consume was just divine. It’s a fabulous little gem and hopefully one day can launch with a full blown restaurant! Basically I felt like I was in one of them food review videos of Birria tacos on YouTube!! It’s Mexican street food at its finest and it’s here in Luton! Enjoy."
