"My sister and her husband specifically drove 20 miles to buy new shoes on Saturday, when they got home the shop had put 2 left shoes in the box. There was no reply from the Mumbles shop to her telephone calls so she rang another branch who said they would arrange to deliver to her house. There was no communication to confirm this so she drove back to Mumbles Sunday lunchtime, she politely request ed some recompense for petrol and parking, the owner refused outright, she got nowhere so,left the shop and will not return in the future. "Staff couldn't be bothered, I was looking for slippers and couldn't tell staff from shoppers, once i found someone they brought out items I didn't ask for and the wrong size. No prices on anything and considering local shops is best to support I will not be going back."
"I went into Rowberrys in Mumbles today. I went in to buy my daughter a pair of Lelli Kelly shoes as they stock them, I asked my daughter who is two to choose which ones she liked. The shop assistant came zooming down took them off her and said they are too expensive to touch and she would damage them by touching them. She basically told my two year old off for touching a pair of these shoes. I am so angry as she had no etiquette and was so rude. I'll never be going in there again! Rude staff. This is why people choose to buy things online it's so much easier with no rude shop assistants to contend with. If you want a pleasurable shopping experience don't go in there."
