"Ordered food at 7:55. Confirmation text said ETA said 20 mins. 9pm I called and they said it’s just leaving. Called again at 9:50pm NEARLY 2 hours after ordering!!!! I asked for a manager and I was told she’s out doing deliveries, I said that great I’ll speak to her at my door, I was then told it may not be her. 2 delivery drivers and still a 2 hour wait for a very small order ???"
"Very slow, one hour 10mins waiting for a order I rang in for collection.. I was told 20mins. Two people came in & left again because of the wait. Also a person had to walk down to the bank to get cash as they don't take cards."
"Food ordered at 17:45 and arrived at 19:45 despite app saying estimated time of 18:50....rang at 10 past 7 to be told another half hour of a wait, wait time needs to be updated if they are busy as two hours is too long to wait for food, food was hot and fresh when it arrived though. If they can sort out their waiting times this will help them greatly"
"Best Take Away in Kilcock, Great food and Great Services with competitively cheaper price. My favorite dishes are Special Spice Bag & Spring Rolls, Chicken Curry with Black Bean Sauce, Singapori Noodles & Shredded Chicken with Veg."
