Wayne worked closely with us on all details of the design, ordering and delivery and he and Zaynah Al-Shamkhani managed the process with professionalism, grace and good humour. We love our new kitchen: its elegant design feels amazingly spacious and relaxing. We are impressed with the high quality of the cabinets, and greatly appreciated Tim Joy's excellent, careful installation and Brent Halls' meticulous approach and superb skill in painting the cabinets."

"Good looking units, but beware they use frequent 'sales' to get a non-refundable deposit. It only became apparent later how much they don't do, such as electrical or plumbing fitting. Delays in getting the design that was no more than a copy of my sketches in a computer drawn package. Design had basic errors even after one lot of corrections. Either didn't listen or didn't understand. The more 'difficult' bits of the design were completely missing. The ‘bespoke’ service was not commensurate with the cost of the kitchen installation. Admitted they were at fault but refused to give refund. Expected us to continue with a different designer."
