"Had such an awful experience using Benchmarx for our kitchen Initially customer service was brilliant, couldn’t be more helpful but as soon as they had our money they simply weren’t interested. Several things were delivered incorrectly (an already used unit for an example), other things weren’t delivered at all, we were incorrectly quoted for other things - customer service when trying to sort all this out was non existent to the point I asked for the managers details in order to make a complaint. After several weeks I still have not heard from him even though I was assured numerous times he was ‘looking into it’. Would never use them again and have advised others to avoid at all costs"
