"Hi I visited here last friday 2nd September, i ordered 2 meal deals, one was chicken balls curry sauce and rice and 2nd was same but with shredded chicken, food is lovely but i just thought the portion sizes was kinda small, I also ran back in to grab a bag of prawn crackers, the bag was tiny and was charged €3, i don't ever remember paying that for what in my opinion was half a bag, I would love to say ill be back again but not sure. "It’s a pity that the minimum is one star, because it seems too generous. Ordered food at 18:45, given an estimated time of 19:36, for delivery. The take away called at 19:46 to say that the can’t get the food to me and that they can cancel the order or else I can wait another hour and a half for the food to be delivered, which may not be able to be delivered still, no apology given either about the delay. When I told them this wasn’t good enough and I wasn’t accepted it they claimed it wasn’t their fault as they had no delivery driver. I told them it wasn’t good enough as I should’ve been notified about there being no driver as soon as I ordered, rather than an hour and a half later. I asked for a manger and I was told they’d call yet twenty minutes later I still received no such response so I called myself and demanded to speak to the manager who said it wasn’t his fault their were no drivers. I told them that wasn’t acceptable as I should’ve been informed of that as soon as I ordered. Then he told us he had “good news” and that I could come collect the order myself now almost two hours later and I told him it wasn’t good enough and to cancel it, I expect the food would’ve been sitting there and reheated so I just wanted a refund and for the order to be cancelled. Another twenty minutes later I received a call asking me if I still wanted the order and that I could collect now or wait another hour and a half for delivery which I told them to cancel straight away and to stop wasting my time I had already ordered elsewhere. This is in absolute joke I should’ve been informed of the situation immediately bottom line is if you’re not hungry and don’t want food and you’re willing to wait three hours I could not recommend this place any higher! This is the one experiences I’ve ever had trying to order good, I can recommend never going here."
