"Our favourite Chinese is currently closed so we decided to try here for a takeaway. The food was horrible and the portions were tiny. Will not be ordering again."
"absolutely disgusting service. ordered two spice bags that came after an hour i wouldn’t mind the wait but they came with no seasoning everything was soggy and it just tasted re heated. when we rang they were rude and very unhelpful laughing on the phone. we asked for a refund and we would give them their rotten food back but told us we would have to bring it back ourselves as they weren’t sending the delivery driver back. i can’t get over how disgusting their customer service was. i wouldn’t recommend this to anyone, i wouldn’t let a dog eat from there it was that bad !!! if you are looking for somewhere nice the jasmine house bray is 10/10"
"Honestly didn't want to give them a 1 star, as They were 5 stars a few weeks ago, but they've changed their curry sauce it was beautiful a couple of weeks ago , I've ordered a few times hoping it would be temporary, but it's not the new sauce is awful can't eat the curry it's way too peppery absolutely awful please change the sauce back it's really bad Tonight's curry was watery and too much white pepper or spice to the point you can't taste the curry flavours... so disappointing"
"Ordered food from here and it was terrible. Our order arrived and to my disappointment the "Taco" chips were simply some chips drowned in a thick sauce, no cheese, meat or anything else, just a reservoir of sauce. I rang up to ask was there a mistake and the the lady on the phone was apathetic and rude. She told me that it was correct and that if I wanted taco chips with more than sauce I could order anywhere else. I asked for a refund as it was inedible and she said they weren't going to refund me simply because I didn't get what I expected when ordering taco chips. I pointed out that if a cheeseburger didn't have meat in it, they could say that is how they do it but it's not a burger. She kept repeating that Taco chips are like that here and I could hear someone else in the background talking to her so she was just kind of talking to someone else for about 30 seconds. They then said that the next time I order they could take my name and take the difference in price between chips and taco chips off the order. I told them that is a joke and they didn't seem to care. There won't be a next time and I highly recommend avoiding this poor excuse of a takeaway. Disappointing food and worse service. 1 star"
