"The assistant had no idea the shop had stopped taking Amex, all the Amex symbols are clearly displayed on the door, she said my card had been declined! I went home 2 call Amex, worried my card had been cloned. They said they still took Amex & to go back & use chip & pin. I went back & card declined again! The assistants then decided that they no longer took Amex & offered for the owner to call me. She called 3 days later & was SO rude, they no longer take Amex but still use their sticker on the door! My card worked at all the other stores I used. Do not shop here, I have never been spoken to like this, no apology for her error, just rudeness! She doesn't listen & talks over you! As they say "it comes from the top!""
