"Forgot to sanitise my hands when I walked into the shop. Pure mistake. Was asked to sanitise them which I did and apologised and yet a member of staff was just standing around aimlessly without a mask. I always wear one even though I am asthmatic. My asthma is controlled so wearing a mask is not a problem. I walked out. I didn't feel safe in the shop."

"I went into today to purchase a new pair of mens shoes for an interview I have Thursday. I was extremely impressed with the level of service I received. The lady was very patient when I was undecided about which size to go for and also arranged the order of the design I wanted along with ringing the warehouse to make sure I would get the shoes next day. Really pleased and will be definitely coming back again. Thank you!"

"Terrible service!!! What happened to Russell & Bromley ? Staff Sitting their chatting to each other and busy on their phones Waited upstairs to have kids feet measured and buy some new shoes A young girl was serving another customer I came downstairs to ask for further assistance which they was unable to give due to not having enough people, but then the young girl needed assistance upstairs as she was stuck with the customer and Someone from downstairs had to come and assist at that point They could have easily got the measure and measured the kids feet downstairs if they really wanted the business Premium prices, premium shoes, terrible service"

"Went in as new boots are really causing pain. Expected an apology and a 'we'll put it right' attitude. Got dismissive, 'it's your fault' and condescension on choice (too deep apparently - which they are not as I had walked 1000 miles+ on the exact same model, the Jermyn, previously without a single issue, best pair I've ever had actually). I do like their products but I'd probably avoid this store and go online in future. Left boot is the offending item."
