"I went in wanting to buy a specific pair of shoes, but was told they are unavailable and I should buy a different colourway instead. When I said I'd order online I was told they are not available online either and pushed once more towards a pair I did not want. It was a male member of staff who seems to be a new manager. Left the store a bit bemused. Went online and ordered the shoes I wanted without any issue whatsoever. Had positive experiences with this store in the past, but will avoid from now on."
