"Our go-to pub for a delicious and filling lunch when we visit family locally. The burger is so tasty, a fab size and comes with a decent size salad, coleslaw and never-ending chips that are crispy on the outside and fluffy in the middle, plus onion rings to die for! Staff are always friendly and professional and make you feel welcome. Looking forward already to our next visit!"
"This pub is in a beautiful location with a large garden seating area and a patio. A canal runs alongside the pub with moorings for boats. Staff very pleasant and efficient and the food is very good. Thanks to Adam, usually behind the bar for his excellent service and great personality. Always very pleasant even when he is under pressure."
"Love this place and have been coming for years. Beautiful position right on the canal in a rural location. Good selection of ciders and beers. Really enjoyed our meals all served with lovely fresh veg with choice of potatoes. The puddings went down well too."
