"Gave the benefit of doubt on 2 occasions, will NOT be ordering from here again, takes far too long to arrive, always have to call them to ask where it is, arrives late, cold and unedible, too many other excellent fast food places to use that are up to scratch."

"Last time of ordering from here not only do they deliver wrong orders or partially complete orders the delivery is sloppy it comes late , cold or spilled out into the bag and when the manager is spoken to he seems certain that "its impossible to be cold" twice now I have had to call up to complain one being a missing item and another the food being freezing. Took over an hour to get here but only 20 minutes to cook... its a shame because the food is nice its just either comes cold or missing."

"Do not buy!!!!!!!!!! I have been a loyal customer for a very long time but of recent they have made several mistakes with my order. They have delivered half eaten desserts and other foods which they had to sort out as-well as delivering cold food. My last order was the worst, they got my order wrong and had the nerve to claim that I was at fault and claiming they gave me what was on my reciept, to the point where they had to send someone over to check my reciept only to realise they were the ones in the wrong. But not after severely insulting me and screaming at me over the phone in the most disgusting way, I have never experienced such disrespect in my life especially considering that I have spent hundreds on their food for my family and I. I will never order from them again, the disrespect and aggression is not something that I will ever tolerate again."

"First time trying here has was in the area, being honest wasn’t overly impressed with the burger but the steak kebab and medium sauce marinated on the chicken was lovely, definitely go again and try some other things"
