"the food was delivered within the allotted time; it was the munch box at £14.50. upon seeing the price, it's an assortment of chicken balls, spare ribs, chicken wings, spring rolls, curry sauce & salt & pepper chips i was initially both pleased and thrilled of course. however biting into the first wing my heart sank as it tasted unbearably greasy, the piece itself was very fatty for a wing. there were huge grease stains on the lid & bottom of the box container. the ribs were weirdly dry and oily, no seasoning or flavour to the profile apart from those, biting into the spring roll and hitting the veg was akin to biting into oil; tasting somehow was though there was some oil inside with the veg, i've never had a spring roll like that. the chicken ball(again no seasoning and/or flavour besides greasy) composed of 60% batter and a stodgy pathetic chicken flling. it was utterly disappointing and sadly i felt cheated out of money. the only bearable item was the chips, i left and threw the rest."

Not even sure it was beef, it was that slimey… The chicken - also slime Salty Lack of quality It was that bad, we’ve said we’ll never order a Chinese again. Shouldn’t be allowed to serve such poor standard of ‘food’ if it can even be called that. BRB - feel sick…."

"We ordered at 7 17 told delivery around 44 minutes, heard nothing and rang many times. It now 8.45 and giving up, if we knew a delay that would be fine but ringing and no answer suggests not likely to fulfil order!:"

"Well, I have been going on and off for a while. Today they got my order wrong and had to go back. Now after seeing what ever it was in the first container I have vowed never to go again, I can't even begin to think what type of meat it was? Maybe it was vegetarian? Either way the noise it made when I put my fork into it was disgusting. It looked kind of like pork with fat on it but it was hollow and when I pushed my fork into it rather than my fork going into it like if it was normal meat it just seemed to expel air? I took the picture on the bench just before I took it back into get what I originally ordered which didn't taste as good as it had been in the past. 2 stars because it can be quite nice when they get it right."
