"Smelled like a zoo. Expensive for a tiny bit of chicken in a burger. Chips were stale and were like eating cardboard The place is a literal dump, I'm not exaggerating when I say that there was food and rubbish on the floor everywhere, it wasn't even busy when we went either. There was a lovely collection of dead flies next to us on the windowsill when we were eating"
"Chicken was nice, drinks cold and not bad value when compared to other places on site at Alton Towers. Fries were average, a little soggy / soft for my liking but not bad by any means. It's one of the few sit down takeaways with AC at the park so definitely worth a visit on hot days."

Cost is reasonable with a AT/Merlin Annual pass, check your order on the receipt though as twice now they haven't given us the upgrade we requested and had to remind them."

Seriously though - this is probably the best place to eat at Towers in my opinion, not least because the views are lovely. Just don't order the gravy"
