"Gone down hill. Pre ordered for a timed delivery and failed miserably. Hour late to find one of the serving is missing. Had the chase the order, then tell them missing a serving and they are still in no rush to bring the missing serving, 3/4 hour waiting, we have all eaten if we didn’t our food would be cold. Will not be using again."

"My daughter ordered a takeaway - fish and chips for me and chicken shish kebab with salad for herself. It took over an hour to arrive (which she called and chased) and when it arrived the chicken kebab was dry and there was no salad. It definitely was not a shish. My daughter called back and the woman was very rude. The woman offered something else so my daughter chose a cod however after 20 mins it had still not arrived and the chips were now cold so she called back and asked for a refund which was denied. The woman had no customer service skills and was actually shouting at my daughter. I was very disappointed on her behalf as I have ordered from here before and the food has always been good. I won’t be ordering again just for the fact she was so rude. Maybe they should just stick to fish and chips in future."
