"I am not one to complain but..... starters and mains arrived very quickly. After that we were forgotten. 2 hours in total we were there and we must have had our mains after 20 minutes. Lasagne was full of gristle. I ended up picking out the pasta and just eating that. I had 2 children with me both of whom ate from the kids menu. I was charged for an adult cloudy lemonade (£3.95!!!) rather than a kids one which should have been free within the kids price. When I queried this, I was told if there had been a misunderstanding, it was my fault - what happened to the customer is always right? Why would i order a child an adult one, when a kids one is free within the meal price?! First review I've ever written, but I left there absolutely fuming!"
