"We had wanted to get out of the house and do a little grocery shopping and decided to eat while we were out. We were beside Eddie Rockets in Celbridge so decided to pop in. This was at around two thirty/ three o clock on Saturday 28th December 2022. A young guy came to our table to take our order and I have genuinely never been served by someone who was as helpful and friendly without being in your face. He was a medium height guy with tight hair and he just knew his job so well. We noticed a few tables that had five or six young girls of around 9 to 12 years of age being very well behaved and enjoying their food. As we have six grandchildren ourselves we watched as each one came to the counter to pay, as we were close to the till. I absolutely admired the way the girl behind the counter and the young man who served us dealt with each of the girls. They chatted briefly, and each girl told them what they had to eat, and promptly paid with their Revolut cards. The interaction was exactly what we would wish for our grandchildren when they are older. Ten out of ten to your staff, you have them trained very well. Those children will be bringing their children and grandchildren to Eddies in the future. Our food was excellent as usual and we tried the gravy, it was savage. The chicken guy with the moustache and beard will be sending over spies to learn how to make gravy properly. Take a bow boys and girls"

"Disgusted with the service in this Eddie rockets…. Came to eat food with my friend and was left waiting 30+ minutes to make an order…. then when are order finally went trough I asked to add something on and with complete laziness he told me he couldn’t as the receipt had been printed with my order on it???? Who refuses to add something else on to an order because the receipt is printed?? All you have to do is go back and put it on and print another receipt, the pay before you even eat your meal is ridiculous maybe it wouldn’t have been such a hassle to the employee if they didn’t make you pay before you eat ur food!!? as a worker in hospitality myself I know it is my job to cater any needs my customer has and any needs I had today where not met. The employees all seem to have this laziness about them, everyone constantly on their phones not looking at what needs to be done I wasn’t the only table left waiting there where a few others too…."

"After ordering we waited 50 Minutes to receive our food, no communication with staff and customers apologizing for the delay. They were a little busy, also noticed that they had 3 booths taken up with stock (crates of drinks, bags, computer) witch were badly needed to seat customers,. When the food eventually arrived it was not that hot was only warm. But was that hungry we just eat it anyway as kids were hungry and could not wait anymore. More staff Is badly needed"

"What a great experience for our firat visit! Amazing food (hamburgers, chips, wings and shakes), very generous portions (even the kiddies meal), great taste and freshly prepared. Staff were friendly, helpful and prompt. Great service! We will definitely return, keep up the good work."
