"Excellent service from waiting staff and food was fantastic. We planned to go to Toby Carvery a Ross the square, but the elevator was out of service meaning one of our party couldn't access the restaurant. So we instead went for Frankie and Benny's. It can often be a little on the pricey side. But considering the fantastic service and attentiveness to our group's awkward allergies it was very worthwhile. Highly recommended!"
"The food was ok and the young lady that served us was very nice and had good customer service. But she seemed to be the only waitress so you had to wait such a long time for your food. I don't think it's as good as it was a few years ago ."
