"We were seated promptly. We dropped a glass on the ground and explained this to the waiter and asked if we can get it replaced. Clearly he didn’t understand what we said; as he was examining the glass closely to see if there was any dirt on it. So we said it again and as he walked away he continued looking at the glass checking for any marks. We waited 20 minutes before our order was taken. Our food took a long time to come and it didn’t come all together. Our sides did not come with our food, we said it to two different waitresses and then it finally arrived but at this stage we had finished eating our main course. We weren’t offered tea or desserts. The kids menu included desserts but they didn’t get them. The buffalo wings had no sauce on them The staff seem nice and friendly but the overall service was poor. Also the fire exit was blocked with high chairs. There is a good play area for children"

"Great food and service. A little disappointed with the children's play area as it seems to be left slowly degrade from when it first opened up. The little castle doesn't have access for the children to walk up to the slide (see pics) far less toys now, and the swinging seats no longer swing! A pity as everything else is top notch."

"Had a lovely brunch with friends and kids. Decent food, great staff, lovely atmosphere and interior. Kids room is a great addition to the restaurant."

"I really wasn't sure what to expect for our first visit. What a set up. Before we even seen the menus I was highly impressed by the interior and how clean the kids room was. It is an excellent addition especially for two smallies who cannot sit still. It meant that Mammy and Daddy could enjoy our grub whilst still keeping an eye on the kids playing. The food was very good, far better than I had expected. The service was excellent. Professional, prompt and friendly! It was our first time visiting but it won't be the last!!"
