"September 2018 2 Stars ⭐ ⭐ No improvement at all. *Still tiny drink cups. *Still unwrapped straws. I do hope the people that took straws before me washed their hands. The only reason I went from 3 stars to 2 stars is because the owner doesn't care about their business and their customers. March 2018 3 Stars ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ The food was good. Although nothing to write home about. I really fall's short when compared to Bunsen Burger and Wow Burger. Burger was a good but not great and the chips lacked a lot, possibly reheated. The bit that freaked me out the most was the speed at which my burger was delivered to my table. It was less than 60 seconds which makes me wonder what shortcuts they are taking. 60 seconds doesn't bother me in Burger King or Mc Donalds but SoMa is targeting at a more premium burger market. The seating are was clean and tidy and cleaned multiple time while I was there. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Other things that annoyed me was the fact straws were not wrapped in plastic or paper which is very unhygienic. There was no Coca-Cola when I was there, which is like running out of chips, not to mention the size of the cup when compared to others in the burger industry. I honestly wouldn't be in a hurry back. But it wasn't terrible either as the staff were excellent."
