"The order took them 2 HOURS AND 20 MINUTES to deliver. Just kept saying they were “busy” when called. Absolutely ridiculous. I’d give no stars if if were an option. Last time an order will ever be made."

"Ordered food for family to the value of €50 for collection. When arrived home there was one meal missing , a basic chicken curry. Boiled rice ordered with the curry was received but main meal missing. Called restaurant to let them know that the curry was missing and could we go back to pick it up. Was shocked at the terrible customer service I received. Was treated like a liar and was quizzed multiple times about how many trays I received. Politely explained the chicken curry was not in bag and again asked could we go back to pick it up. Girl answering phone was polite but referred to manager who I could hear in background saying no. Told me chef said it was in bag so that was all they could do for me. Let them know that I was hardly trying to cheat them out of a curry and just wanted to get what I paid for and have dinner. The manager refused to get on phone ( apparently doesn’t speak good English and was also sick!) but in background told the girl on phone “it’s very busy and it’s not all about her”. Completely rude and disrespectful. I voiced my concern at the disgraceful customer service and was told I could have €5 off my next order. Then another person took over the phone and told me there’s nothing that could be done so get over it ! What a shameful experience , ruined a family meal and myself family and friends will no longer use this business. No good quality food can make up for the appalling service."

"Great food but terrible manners from staff. Inappropriately speeding up and down a residential roads with deliveries while hurling abuse out the window at pregnant women and partners isn’t the best approach to a business now."
