"A very busy place with poor customer service as a result. More people should be hired. It took 20 minutes to get a table and 45 minutes to get the starters... and they brought us the wrong chicken wings. There are a lot to improve here. It looks like a beautiful place with a great atmosphere."

"Despite Wow Burger being advertised in the window you can’t actually order for dine in, only delivery or takeout, which seems pointless. Elephant & Castle wings are excellent tho, very flavourful, crispy and good blue cheese dip"

"We decided to stop by Captain Americas Blanch for an early dinner yesterday afternoon. The place was less packed and the staff a lot friendlier and more attentive than a few weeks ago when we arrived there at 7. We ordered garlic mushrooms, chicken enchiladas, vegetarian enchiladas and my personal favourite - the Philly Cheese Steak. The food was hot and delicious, just the way we like it :)"

Despite a busy Christmas Eve, Anthony was able to take a booking and accomadated a change for us, but with a warm hospitable welcome and lovely approach. Zara our server was so brilliant, I had nieces with me, and her patient attitude, amazing charm with the children and prompt attentive service made this a perfect visit. Food was good as ever! But today we needed customer service and it was exemplary."
