"Appreciate that it’s a Saturday and they can be very busy during the weekend, but I waited 2 hours for my delivery & I’m a 10 minute drive away. Rang the Chinese and was told food was sent out 10 minutes ago, waiting an additional 35 mins for an order that was now sent out 45 mins ago. No updates with driver, horrible cold food. Never will I order from here again! Only thing I enjoyed from my order was my can of coke. Still yet to find a decent Chinese in my area which is disappointing as I would certainly be a regular customer."
"I usually collect the order as delivery at the weekends can take a long time. The food is general is OK. Satay and Thai dishes for example are very sweet and taste very similar, wondering do they use the same base sauces. Curry is OK and the staff are nice when I collect the order. No loyalty offers to regular customers which is poor."
