"I waited an hour and 23 mins for my delivery (19 mins over estimated time) Half portions arrived. When I called them, rude woman says… “our prices have gone up, what do you expect” then said” dont order again” and hung up!"

"Long story shortish - delivery arrived slightly late with acknowledgement from driver that item was missing and I’d get a refund. - all items were cold - one dish was contaminated with a foreign body so discarded - phone calls not answered - when eventually communication was opened up refund for missing item and contaminated dish promised- 10 days later still waiting - restaurant not particularly eager to please although £50+ spent - pity as taste was good that’s what the 1 star was for"

"Ordered by phone. Waited for 2 hours. Phoned back and the woman said I cancelled my order! Total lie. Then she put the phone down on me when I insisted we were still waiting. She phoned me back to say don’t order again. Truth is they changed their minds about delivering to Kessingland. Rude and untrustworthy. I would give a zero rating if it existed."

"Great ordering system. Quick and easy to use. 15% off was nice for spending over £15.00. Food arrived 10 minutes earlier than stated. All good so far... I ordered two cans of Pepsi Max. I received 1 can of Cherry and 1 can of Raspberry Pepsi Max. I had Thai calamari to start, which was greasy, cold and for the price tiny. I had a King Prawn Pad Thai for main which was luke warm, had about 6 pieces of prawn and it didn't resemble a Pad Thai that I know and love. Total order for what I actually had, I would've more satisfied with 50% off. Wouldn't order from here again if you paid me."
