"I had ordered lady night and your manager was extremely rude and disrespectful. I ordered a chips as part of my meal only to be told when the food arrived she gave us a fried rice instead so it was fine but I didn't order a fried rice she then continued ti say it's fine I have you a fried rice and then proceeded to say whatever and hang up the phone this is a absolute disgrace of customer service and I will not be ordering from here again."
"I’ve order “Chicken Balls” in literally dozens of countries, and they’ve always come with sweet and sour sauce. Charging €4 more for something everywhere else has included is absurd. Is this a Dublin/Ireland thing?? The chow mein smelled horrible, but actually tasted quite good. Gave me awful diarrhea all night, though, right before a flight. So all in all, not recommended."
