"We received an order worth €80.. The curry sauce was vile sat on the food like something out of a nappy. The salt and chilli flavour was more of a honey and chilli which was ok at best but not ordered. Chips were cold. We ordered a breast of chicken curry and they didn’t even bother cutting the Breast they just put it in the slop they call curry sauce 5 people put just about all there food in the bin"

"Will leave a detailed review. Sometimes you go to tucked away places to find a hidden gem food wise... Sadly it's not the case with De Luxe. Unfortunately it is another Europeanised Asian fusion chipper, where you can get some decent food, but you have to know what you want. Ideally you should also never tried real authentic version of the dish toy ordering, otherwise you'll be disappointed by default. So, we got Udon, Szechuan Beef, Satay, and veggie rolls. Udon was a OK, decent flavor, not too much salt/Msg, beef could have been more tender. Szechuan beef... Here is where things went wrong completely, not a trace of Szechuan pepper in the sauce, more like watered down chilly sauce with lots of corn starch to make it sticky.. Satay... Another weird version of famous SEA dish. Instead of dry, delicate chicken scewers, we got lumps of chicken breast on stick coated with store bought "satay" sauce... Very farfetched resemblance of real satay sauce (rich peanut sauce).. Veggie rolls, were simply bad... Only consisted of soggy noodles, beam sprouts and carrot.. Overall very disappointed. People saying their food is good simply never tried proper Asian food I think. 3/5 for the efforts"
