"We ordered using their online system, whilst on holiday in Happisburgh. This suggested 45 mins for delivery, but it was a Saturday night. It arrived within the hour and we were pleasantly surprised by how tasty each dish was."

"We had a takeaway, which was excellent. The chicken korma particularly. The samosas were tasty but a very small helping. Very good service. 20% off for cash. A meal for 4 was £50.77 so it was excellent value."

Naan was doughy, Bhuna was just sauce and chicken was dry. In September it was one of the best curries I have had, today easily the worst."

"We've used Oasis Stalham many times over the years. This time the food was late. After 75 minutes we rang and was told it was on its way. About 15 minutes later it arrived. The driver didn't know what time he collected it, but said if we had any problems we should tell the restaurant. Food was luke warm. Because we were very hungry by then, we decided to risk microwaving it. I rang the restaurant hoping for a sincere apology and some kind of small discount for the poor service. They blamed the driver at great length and said it wasn't their problem! This attitude made me so cross I insisted on a discount. They offered a free dish with my next order but I'm not sure if I want to use them again. Their next offer was a replacement meal but that would be 55 to 60 minutes longer so I explained for the umpteenth time that we were not prepared to wait any longer and because they were refusing to listen we now wanted a full discount. About 10 minutes later another employee rang and offered a replacement meal. I explained again that it was too late - by now it was 2 hours after we had ordered! He said for a full refund I had to drive into Stalham with the first lot of food! Instead, I am reviewing them. I'm the past they have been excellent. Tonight they were dreadful. Delivery problems are sometimes unavoidable; a poor response to a customer you have let down is avoidable and inexcusable. If you want hot food or good customer service if it goes wrong this is not the place to ring."

"Came here while boating for week on the Broads. Parked boat at Richardson boat yard free mooring. About a 10 min walk. Handy as Tesco on the way. Food good, service good. No complaints although would like my curry a bit hotter."
